What the app does

The app reads invoice records and downloads QuickBooks-generated invoice PDFs from the owner-authorized QuickBooks Online company.

It never sends invoices or moves money. Invoice delivery remains a separate business workflow.

Owner authorization

Initial setup and reconnection take place in an owner-operated desktop workflow. The owner signs in to Intuit and authorizes the QuickBooks connection through Intuit OAuth.
